Hygienic wall cladding from Chibnall Contractors sets the standard in performance, reliability and cost-effectiveness.
PVCu wall cladding is impervious and can be used with good results in hygiene-sensitive areas. Bathrooms, kitchens, hospital operating theatres and research laboratories are just a few of the areas where this versatile cladding can be specified.
PVCu gives a watertight, wipe-clean surface that prevents water ingress. It provides a reliable, low-maintenance and hygienic solution that can be cut and shaped to fit around fixtures and fittings. It can be installed much faster than conventional alternatives such as ceramic tiles, cutting site time and cost.
The fully bonded systems we supply comply with or exceed all current standards. They feature thermoformed, pencil-rounded corners which make the cladding easy to clean and disinfect, with little opportunity for bacteria to get established.
Cladding or ceramic tiles?
Ceramic tiles are easily damaged through impact. Fractures, or failures in grouting, can permit water to enter and allow bacteria to grow. Every square metre of grouted ceramic tiling takes much longer to install than the same amount of wall cladding, making our solutions much more cost-effective as well as more reliable.
